Webb14 sep. 2024 · Since I dont have a netural on the other side, I left the orignal normal swich there and just installed the 3way on the side that does have the neutral. When I connect it the lights turn on very dim and flash constantly. The other side which has the regular switch does work normally and lights come on at full brightness, but not on the tplink.
