WebGhosting isn't a punishment though. Most of the time people ghost because they just don't want to engage with you anymore - there's no implication that you've been abusive to them or something. I feel like a lot of people are so sensitive to ghosting because they take it so personally, when it's not usually personal. WebTotally agree, mutual fading is a god send. And at the end of it you know that both of you are totally content and happy with the outcome. If someone reaches out, it's so easy to just text someone to tell them you aren't really interested. And no dumping someone isn't "more dangerous" than ghosting.
