I hear what appears to be a lot of air, however, that does not bother her and she continues sleeping. She has no interest in anything CPAP related and depends on me even when she needed to get the machine. WebI feel much worse with my cpap even though my average ahi is now 2.4 per hour, down from 73 per hour before cpap. AHI of 4 per hour is about normal for all. After 4 months of daily usage, I feel like I haven’t slept in 10 years. Since cpap, I have out of control weight gain also. The cpap made my hunger level change somehow.
