This then forces the iRacing main thread to use all other cores instead of being locked to just one core. It got rid of 99% of my stutters and actually gave a 2-5 fps improvement too.

WebPreviously I had iRacing installed on an SSD and it was my only drive. I added a backup hybrid drive in my new system. When I disconnected the new drive all the stuttering stopped. This is probably an OS issue, in reality, but I couldn't sort out specifically what to disable so nixing the drive was the easiest thing to do.
