You must choose how often you will receive your meal plan. These options may be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the type of subscription you have. WebI am eating about 10-12 meals a week from flex pro meals (not affiliated). I'm interested if anyone else has found a similar service and has any experience. Their model is that they cook once a week, flash freeze it and mail it to me in an insulated box. With two of us eating, we are doing a 21 meal a week plan and it is around $6.25/meal (USD).
