WebAnyone ever do a detail at a lower grade? Is it even possible? I’m currently a GS13 supervisor looking to get into a totally different field, but I think I would only qualify for a GS9 or 11 in the new field. I’m wondering if I could do some details at the one of the lower grades and build up enough experience to come in as a 12.
