Provisional appointees are subject to the requirements of the merit system in all respects, including but not limited to certification from an examination list and completion of the working test period. WebEmployees hired on or before September 1 of each school year may enroll in the Sick Day Bank by nowing the PB CSEA by October 1 of their intention. Employees hired after September 1 shall have 30 work days to indicate whether they wish to participate in the Sick Day Bank. Employee benefits will accrue in proportion to the hours that they work.
